Dog Training

As you know it’s not only the grooming that makes your dog look dandy, but good manners and basic training that go hand in hand.

At some point in time all of us dog owners need to administer some behaviour training.

Below is a list of trainers I’ve personally used, as I’ve competed in Agility with my dogs over the past 12 years. Their classes range from puppy school, basic obedience to Agility and Flyball, behavioural issues, daycare and even information on an animal communicator

Kyalami Academy for Dogs

Venue: 26 Worshond Circle, Austin View during weekday evenings and at Gauteng Horse Society on Saturday where the Lippizzaner’s are stabled in Kyalami.
What’s on offer: Dog jumping and agility
What is Agility: It’s a fun sport for you and your dog. The team of dog and handler negotiate a course of obstacles. Actually, the dog negotiates the obstacles with the handler providing direction through the course. The handler provides direction through body motion, speed, hand and voice signals.

Little Duke’s Daycare

Little Duke’s is a daycare for your dogs. Instead of leaving your furkids at home alone while you go to work, why not rather bring them to us?
We are open Monday-Friday

Our ground is big, spacious and free for your furkids to stretch their legs and even swim.
We do not accept puppies until they have had their 2nd vaccination from the vet.
Each dog goes through an evaluation first.
No aggressive dogs.
